3 October 2026: DexURL is out of beta
DexURL has left beta and is generally available. Short links, dynamic QR codes, Bio pages, the Vault, and locked messages are all supported features, and the beta label is gone from the site and the Terms. There is still no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement, and fair use still applies; see the Terms.
Plans and billing
- Pro is now available yearly at $90 a year (2 months free, about $7.50 a month), alongside $9 a month. You can switch between monthly and yearly in the billing portal.
- Click limits are included on every plan, Free too.
- Settings › Billing shows when your trial ends, when Pro renews, when a cancellation takes effect, and when a payment needs attention.
- Opening Checkout and leaving no longer uses up your free trial; it starts only when a subscription really begins.
- Stripe now emails receipts, refund confirmations, a reminder 7 days before a trial ends, and notices about expiring or failed cards.
- If you move from Pro to Free, a connected custom domain keeps working for 14 days, with a warning in Domains and Billing, and then stops routing until you resubscribe.
Features
- Locked messages can be one-time reveals: the first person to open the link sees the message, and after that the link shows "Already revealed". Password, timer, and one-time reveals are on every plan.
- Public pages load less code and open faster on phones, and primary buttons use a higher-contrast orange.

Safety and privacy
- New and edited links are checked against public phishing and malware lists, and existing links are re-checked daily. Matches are blocked.
- Reports from three different people about phishing, malware, or fraud put a link behind a safety warning straight away while it is reviewed. See Report Abuse.
- The Privacy Policy and Terms were updated: they name DexURL in Malaysia as the operator, list the services we use, describe the click and page analytics we keep and for how long, and say that closed support and abuse cases are deleted after 24 months.
