Private URL bookmarks for your DexURL workspace.
DexVault is a signed-in bookmark manager. Import folders from a browser HTML export — a free clean-up report merges duplicates and strips tracking parameters as it goes — then organize them privately and export a browser-compatible file whenever you want. When a saved URL is ready to use, turn it into a short link, a QR code, or a Bio page entry without retyping it. Free includes 25 bookmarks; Pro is unlimited. CSV import and export are Pro. It is not a public Bio page and is not end-to-end encrypted.
Import HTML from your browser, export a plaintext HTML file, or create an encrypted .dexvault backup that preserves folders, tags, and pins. Restore a .dexvault file with Import bookmarks and the same password. CSV import and export are Pro.
Save URL bookmarks
Keep useful http and https destinations in your DexURL workspace instead of scattering them across notes.
Clean up on import, free
A free clean-up report merges duplicates, strips tracking parameters, and tidies folders as you import — on Free and Pro. Run it again anytime with Tidy up.
Know when a link goes bad
A link health check flags moved, dead, unreachable, or parked destinations. Free gets a one-time check per bookmark; Pro re-checks saved links automatically on a regular schedule.
Organize with folders and tags
Group bookmarks by project, client, campaign, or workflow so your links stay easy to find.
Put bookmarks to work
Turn a saved URL into a trackable short link, a QR code, or an entry on a Bio page in a couple of clicks — no retyping the destination.
Pin what matters
Keep high-priority resources at the top, then import browser HTML files or export a plaintext HTML backup when you need to leave.
Save from your browser
The DexURL extension puts Vault in your toolbar and your right-click menu. It works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers on desktop, including Edge, Brave, Opera, and Vivaldi. It is included on Free and Pro, and Free still holds 25 bookmarks.
How it works and what it sends
Save the page you are on
One click saves it to your Vault with folders, tags, and a Private switch. Tracking parameters are stripped from the saved address.
Right-click to save
Save a page, a link, or a URL you have selected. Pick a folder from the menu or make a new one. A link already in your Vault is not saved twice.
Clean link, short link, QR code
Copy the address without tracking parameters, make a DexURL short link, or show a QR code drawn on your device.
Browse your Vault from the toolbar
Search and filter by folder. The list stays hidden until you click Show, Private items never appear, and you can turn browsing off.
Bring in your bookmarks
On first run you can review your browser bookmarks in the Vault clean-up step. The extension reads them once, only when you ask, and never changes them.
Keyboard shortcuts
Alt+Shift+D opens the popup, Alt+Shift+S saves the page, and Alt+Shift+L copies a short link. You can change them in your browser.
Saved links rot: Pew Research Center found 38% of webpages that existed in 2013 were no longer accessible in 2023 ("When Online Content Disappears", pewresearch.org, May 2024). DexVault's link health check tells you before a visitor does.
