Account Deletion

Delete your account permanently from the Account page. What gets removed, what happens to live links and subscriptions, and what registering again means.

Deletion is irreversible. DexURL removes or anonymizes workspace data, stops public links and Bio pages immediately, cancels an active or trialing Pro subscription without an automatic refund, and then deletes the sign-in identity.

You can register again later. That new account can use Free or paid Pro Checkout, but it is not eligible for another first-time 7-day trial. DexURL keeps only a keyed-HMAC digest in a one-time benefit ledger for that anti-abuse check — not your raw email.
