Account Deletion
Delete your account from Settings → Delete account: the 30-day waiting period, how to cancel, what is removed, and what registering again means.
Deletion is scheduled for 30 days later. During that time your public links and Bio pages are paused and you can sign in to export your data or cancel. After 30 days everything is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
While deletion is scheduled, the account is read-only: you can sign in, open everything, and use Export CSV on Links, the Vault export, and the Bio page export, but you cannot create or change anything. A banner at the top of the workspace shows the deletion date with Cancel deletion and Delete now.
Cancel deletion turns back on exactly the links and Bio pages that were live when you asked; anything you had already paused stays paused. An active or trialing Pro subscription is cancelled when you ask, without an automatic refund, and is not restarted by cancelling; you can subscribe again from Settings → Billing. Custom domains stay connected during the waiting period. Delete now skips the rest of the wait and permanently deletes everything straight away, including the sign-in identity.
You can register again later. That new account can use Free or paid Pro Checkout, but it is not eligible for another first-time 7-day trial. When the account is permanently deleted, DexURL keeps only a keyed-HMAC digest in a one-time benefit ledger for that anti-abuse check — not your raw email.
